MADE FOR YOUR EVERYDAY

Less friction.
More room to care.

01

Invite your colleagues

Give staff their own access to the practice rather than sharing a login.

02

Match access to the job

Use roles and permissions to reflect each person’s responsibilities.

03

Keep access current

Update or deactivate staff access when their role changes or they leave.

A SIMPLER WAY THROUGH

A clear next step.

  1. 1

    Invite a staff member

An authorized administrator starts the invitation for the colleague joining the practice.

  2. 2

    Choose the appropriate role

Review what that person needs to see and manage.

  3. 3

    Review access over time

Keep the staff list and permissions aligned with the people working in your office.

A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS

The details,
made clear.

Should staff share one account?

No. Individual accounts support appropriate access and an attributable record of activity.

Can a receptionist manage all staff accounts?

Staff management requires the appropriate administrative permissions. It is not automatically available to every front-desk user.

What happens when someone leaves?

An authorized administrator should deactivate their access as part of the practice’s offboarding process.
