A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS
The details,
made clear.
Does the schedule automatically mirror our PMS?
Do not assume a live PMS connection. Synchronization is a separate integration under development and must be confirmed for your system.
Are automatic reminders included?
The dedicated Reminders product is in development. Appointment management does not imply that a full automated reminder sequence is available.
Can billing staff edit appointments?
Appointment access is role-controlled. The practice determines which authorized staff can view and manage scheduling work.
